In an effort to give something back to their community, our Khalidiya Theatre team raised AED2,000 through selling bingo tickets to all members of our Abu Dhabi tribe, and used these funds to create 150 Ramadan care packages for construction workers on a site near our Yas Mall store. While several team members helped with the shopping and packing of the bags, which each contained toiletries like toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving cream, soap and a towel, 22 very proud Onederworkers visited the construction site on Yas Island on 4 July to distribute the goody bags. The site management was very helpful in accommodating the distribution at shift end and the team was welcomed with open arms. All the workers and their managers were extremely grateful to THE One for this gesture of generosity during the holy month.
