The health of our customers and employees remains our top priority. All measures are taken to maintain our range of services in the best possible way for you, despite current developments. We take the recommendations and advice of the Ministry of Health very seriously and follow the situation closely. 

We continue to take strict measures every step of your order and delivery process, through enhanced hygiene protocols that prioritise your safety and the safety of our employees.

 With all these measures in mind we would like to let you know that we can now continue with bringing love to your home with extra care across the GCC. 

THE One: Delivery 

Orders placed will be processed according to the Ministry of Health guidelines and we will work hard to deliver these as soon as we can. THE One: Warehouse, Drivers and Vans 

All your orders are housed and dispatched directly from our warehouses in Bahrain. Every order is cleaned and handled with protective gloves.

All our vans are fully cleaned inside and out daily. Our drivers and delivery and assembly teams are equipped with disinfectants and face masks and wear protective gloves when handling all orders.
