How to best care for your wooden furniture to maintain its timeless charm

Dust regularly:  To prevent the accumulation of dirt and reduce the risk of scratches, dust your wooden furniture frequently using a soft cloth or a microfiber duster.

Avoid direct sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the wood to fade and lose its luster. Therefore, position your furniture away from windows or use curtains, blinds, or UV-protective films to shield your favourite pieces.

Use coasters and mats: To avoid those dreaded water rings, place coasters or mats under hot or cold beverages, flower vases, or any objects that could cause water stains or scratches on the surface.

Clean spills immediately: Liquids left on the surface can penetrate the wood, causing stains or warping. Thus, wipe up any spills promptly using a soft cloth or paper towel.

Avoid harsh chemicals: Avoid using harsh or abrasive cleaners that can damage the finish of your wooden furniture. Instead, use a mild soap or specialized wood cleaner diluted with water to clean the surface gently.

Polish regularly: Apply a high-quality furniture polish or wax to protect the wood and enhance its natural beauty. Follow the  instructions for application and frequency.

Handle with care: When moving or rearranging your wooden furniture, lift it rather than dragging it to avoid scratching the floor or damaging the furniture itself.

Remember, a little love and care go a long way in keeping your wooden furniture looking stunning for years to come!
